Export
There are four ways to export data from UOBod. The first two work with the Windows Clipboard. One of them is meant to export all of your LBods in one step to online Databases and all of your SBods in another step. This is initiated by using File/Export/to Online Databases The other method will only export whatever is currently listed in the right pane of your database window. You use this method by either pressing the "export listed Bods to online Databases (Actions on listed Bods Toolbar) In both these cases you may only see one single record if you paste any of these into a Windows-based Editor - the line terminations are Unix-style here (0dh), so you may need to convert them if you use the output for other purposes. For entering the data into Online Databases, however, this format is usually supported, if not expected. The third method initially creates text files of Bods selected by section (i.e. Sbod Smith Color; Lbods Weapon ect.) that are easily read back in by UOBod and can thus make all kinds of maintenance work for your database a lot easier. These text files also offer an easy way to exchange Bod data selected by section between users in a text based format. While the selection here is limited to sections, you have a number of formatting options concerning the output file. You reach this feature through "File/Export/Textfile". The fourth and last export option is similar to the third, but works on all Bods currently listed in the database window. Using this will not let you set any other output format than UOBod's propriatary text format, but is very flexible if you want only specific Bods exported. This can be reached by using Edit/Export
